Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered.
- Monitor the performance of assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to achieve business targets.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities, developing actions to activate, retain, and develop a client base.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team.
- Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high motivation.
- Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors possess comprehensive product knowledge and are aware of market trends and competitors.
- Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
- Proven experience as a Team/Department Manager within the fashion luxury industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and strong organizational skills.
