1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service delivery.
2. Monitor the performance of assigned product categories and propose action plans to achieve business targets.
3. Execute Clienteling activities, developing strategies to activate, retain, and expand the client base.
4. Participate in attracting, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team.
5. Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high motivation.
6. Collaborate with the Store Director/Manager and Training team to ensure Client Advisors possess comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of market trends.
7. Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources to address employee relations issues effectively.
