Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve high performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback from the selling floor to meet business and product category goals.
- Develop and nurture talent within the team, ensuring continuous professional development.
- Serve as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting the brand's values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for improvement.
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
- Lead morning briefings and communicate daily objectives and business updates.
- Drive cross-category sales focus and ensure team proficiency in all product categories.
- Engage in clienteling activities to build long-lasting client relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, strategizing to meet KPIs and business goals.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to optimize product performance and stock management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze sales reports and identify business trends.
- Demonstrated success in driving positive client experiences and building customer loyalty.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with entrepreneurial vision.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
