1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
3. Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
4. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Ensure superior client experiences and utilize clienteling tools to drive loyalty and acquisition.
6. Monitor and enhance Client Advisor performance through regular feedback and development plans.
7. Lead and support local events and product launches to meet client attendance and sales targets.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
9. Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal stock management.
10. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of 4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

The base salary range is $75,000 USD to $82,000 USD, with potential additional compensation through commissions and incentive programs.
