- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business and product category goals.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of top-tier talent.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure superior client experiences and utilize clienteling tools to drive loyalty and acquisition.
- Monitor and enhance Client Advisor performance through regular feedback and development plans.
- Lead and support local events and product launches to meet client attendance and sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal stock management.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of 4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
The base salary range is $75,000 USD to $82,000 USD, with potential additional compensation through commissions and incentive programs.
