Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve exceptional performance through a customer-centric approach.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category objectives.
- Develop and nurture talent within the team, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting Gucci Values and Amplifiers in the marketplace.
- Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance to all Client Advisors on shift.
- Conduct regular performance conversations, discussing results, opportunities, and developing action plans.
- Drive superior client experiences and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Monitor product performance and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
