1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting brand values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
4. Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans to improve results.
5. Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team.
6. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Execute clienteling activities to build long-lasting client relationships.
8. Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain operational excellence.
10. Monitor category performance and propose action plans to meet targets.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
4. Ability to inspire and influence a team.
5. Entrepreneurial vision and high level of integrity and professionalism.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
