Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve business and product category goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Support the opening and closing of the store as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Execute a superior client experience and develop long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
- Monitor and strategize around KPI performance standards.
- Support and align with business initiatives and product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organization of company assets.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Qualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.
A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
