1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback from the selling floor to enhance team performance.
3. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers in the marketplace.
4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop action plans for team growth.
5. Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures as Manager on Duty.
6. Drive client engagement and retention through effective clienteling strategies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance and store operations.
8. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
9. Support and participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and achieve measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.

1. Ability to analyze sales reports and identify business trends.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
5. Ability to inspire and influence a team.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
