Gucci Team Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve sales targets while maintaining operational integrity.
- Exhibit sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels in coordination with key business departments to maximize full-price sales and align with new product launches.
- Educate associates on current collections and brand strategies in partnership with the Training Area.
- Understand and strategize around company KPIs to meet performance standards.
- Lead client development initiatives and propose local events through networking.
- Ensure superior customer service and after-sales experiences to foster customer loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives by guiding the team in action plan execution and customer data capture.
- Partner with the Store Manager to review monthly store performance and report on business trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including operations, HR, and security standards.
- Conduct loss prevention audits and manage inventory to minimize shrinkage.
- Provide accurate scheduling to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as set by headquarters.
- Support talent management through coaching, performance reviews, and recruitment.
- Manage staff resources to drive sales and maintain customer service standards.
- 4-6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Ability to analyze data and prioritize business needs.
- Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 4-6 years in operations within retail or luxury retail, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
