Gucci Team Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales performance and achieve budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and profitability.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients and ensuring exemplary customer service.
- Manage stock levels in coordination with key business departments to maximize full-price sales and align with new product launches.
- Educate associates on current collections and brand strategy in partnership with the Training Area.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, propose local events, and execute superior customer service to enhance loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives by developing action plans and supervising customer data capture.
- Adhere to company policies, including operations, HR, and security standards, and ensure compliance with loss prevention audits.
- Provide accurate scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates, assist in performance evaluations, and develop succession plans for high-potential talent.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a consistent onboarding experience.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for team management and development.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize business needs, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Technological proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software.
A minimum of 4-6 years in retail or luxury retail operations, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
