Gucci Team Manager

- Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize sales performance and achieve sales targets while ensuring operational integrity and profitability.
- Exhibit sales leadership by engaging with customers on the sales floor and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels in coordination with business departments, ensuring alignment with product launches and maximizing full-price sales.
- Educate associates on current collections and brand strategies in partnership with the Training Area.
- Lead client development initiatives, establish client relationships, and propose local events through networking.
- Supervise customer data capture for personalized client development and monitor CRM database reporting.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including operations, HR, and security standards.
- Conduct loss prevention audits and manage inventory reconciliations to minimize shrinkage.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
- Assist in talent management, including coaching sessions, performance reviews, and recruitment of high-performing teams.
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of operations experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with retail systems and shipping software.
A minimum of 4 - 6 years in retail operations, luxury retail, or a service-oriented industry, with a preference for supervisory experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
