- Provide support and ongoing feedback to client advisors to ensure their development and motivation.

- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Human Resources to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all team members.
- Lead and inspire the team in executing superior client experience, fostering a hospitality mindset.
- Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Lead the execution of clientelling activities to achieve goals and KPIs.
- Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to meet targets.
- Partner with the Merchandising team to provide feedback on products and stock situations.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maximize category potential and maintain store image.
- Ensure the team develops comprehensive product knowledge through specific training.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic leadership and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in client engagement and clientelling activities.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and propose action plans.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury brands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
