Gucci Team Manager

- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
- Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers.
- Support store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans for team growth.
- Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
- Utilize clienteling tools to expand and retain the client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to meet targets.
- Support visual merchandising standards and product launches.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
