1. Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
2. Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to enhance team performance.
3. Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting its values and amplifiers.
4. Support store operations as Manager on Duty, including opening and closing procedures.
5. Conduct performance reviews and develop action plans for team growth.
6. Drive client engagement and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
7. Utilize clienteling tools to expand and retain the client base.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
9. Monitor product category performance and propose action plans to meet targets.
10. Support visual merchandising standards and product launches.

1. Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.

A minimum of 2-4 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
