1. Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
2. Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
3. Develop and grow team members by contributing to recruitment, retention, and development efforts.
4. Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
5. Ensure superior client experiences and manage clienteling activities to drive loyalty and acquisition.
6. Monitor and improve Client Advisor performance, ensuring clienteling excellence.
7. Lead and support local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales targets are met.
8. Manage client flow and resolve service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
9. Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high engagement.
10. Conduct performance and development conversations with direct reports.
11. Lead engaging morning briefings and deliver key business communications.
12. Participate in attracting and recruiting new team members and ensure effective onboarding.
13. Monitor adherence to company policies and manage employee-relations matters.
14. Analyze store results and partner with the Store Director to propose action plans.
15. Collaborate with cross-functional departments and maintain visual merchandising standards.
16. Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.

1. 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of four years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $99,000 USD to $110,000 USD.
