- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional luxury service culture in the store.
- Execute strategy and provide real-time coaching on the selling floor to achieve business goals.
- Develop and grow team members by contributing to recruitment, retention, and development efforts.
- Represent Gucci as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting Gucci Values.
- Ensure superior client experiences and manage clienteling activities to drive loyalty and acquisition.
- Monitor and improve Client Advisor performance, ensuring clienteling excellence.
- Lead and support local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales targets are met.
- Manage client flow and resolve service issues to retain and enrich client relationships.
- Provide support and feedback to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and high engagement.
- Conduct performance and development conversations with direct reports.
- Lead engaging morning briefings and deliver key business communications.
- Participate in attracting and recruiting new team members and ensure effective onboarding.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and manage employee-relations matters.
- Analyze store results and partner with the Store Director to propose action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Support store operations, including opening and closing as Manager on Duty.
- 4+ years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
A minimum of four years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $99,000 USD to $110,000 USD.
