1. Support the overall recruitment process, including market research, candidate searching, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
2. Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates through online job postings, direct searches, and referrals.
3. Explore professional job sites to source talents from various industries to enhance recruitment diversity.
4. Post job advertisements and build talent pools proactively through direct searching.
5. Evaluate applicants against position requirements and provide organizational and role information.
6. Conduct follow-ups with managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
7. Maintain comprehensive records of applicants and interview data.
8. Assist with employer branding and recruitment projects both domestically and internationally.
9. Provide visa support for overseas employees and facilitate onboarding in Korea.
10. Manage candidate data within master files and systems.
11. Perform administrative tasks using Excel and PowerPoint.

1. Interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Management.
2. Previous recruiting experience, including internships, is preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree or diploma.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Experience in data management and maintaining data accuracy.
4. Fluency in English and Korean.
