- Develop experimental carcasses, canvases, and patterns based on inputs from the Design Teams.
- Participate in fittings, providing technical support and advice to Product Development.
- Execute pattern modifications resulting from fittings.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Design Teams and Product Development to ensure timely product confirmation.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive pattern archive.
- Collaborate with internal technicians to develop and uphold fit standards, ensuring consistency across product categories.
- Research and propose new ideas to enhance the quality and efficiency of product categories.
- Contribute to garment experimentation through innovative shapes, pattern constructions, and volumes, aligning with the brand’s creative vision.
- College or university degree in Pattern Making.
- Solid experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury brands.
- Excellent knowledge of outerwear and tailoring pattern-making techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD systems, with knowledge of Lectra as a plus.
- Advanced skills in CLO 3D for virtual garment development and visualization.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Effective leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Italian and preferably English.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams.
- Capacity to maintain focus and performance under pressure.
Substantial experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
College or university degree in Pattern Making.
