- Create the first prototype garment.
- Evaluate and implement alterations to enhance garment fit, collaborating with the supervisor and the team of pattern makers and technicians.
- Revise garments based on fitting adjustments.

- Produce pre-production industrialized garments.
- Expertise in the garment production cycle and various stages of processing.
- Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.
- Proficiency in operating machinery such as overlock and straight stitch machines.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics and yarns.
- Experience in garment pressing.
- Efficiency and precision in studying and interpreting patterns.
- Effective organizational and planning skills.
- Fluent in Italian and a second language.
Experience in the garment production process and tailoring is required.
Diploma in fashion technology or tailoring.
