- Coordinate strategic planning activities globally for all product categories and markets, defining assortment efficiency rules in collaboration with Merchandising and Production Management to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with production planning teams to align production capacities and order timing with market demands.
- Manage demand and analyze market trends to generate accurate forecasting for product quantities across all markets and sales channels.
- Support the Merchandising department in reviewing sales forecasts, inventory coverage, and sales through, suggesting adjustments to prevent lost sales or overstock.
- Oversee distribution processes for all product categories, ensuring coverage aligns with market needs and performance.
- Collaborate with regional supply chain and distribution planning teams for integrated inventory planning and product supply flows.
- Optimize reverse logistics processes to improve returns management efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a customer service experience aligned with brand standards across all touchpoints.
- Define supply chain strategies in collaboration with the Kering Group to design new processes.
- Monitor supply chain process performance, implementing key actions for continuous improvement.
- Significant experience in strategic planning and operations processes at a global level.
- Preferred experience in retail supply chain over industrial processes.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with a robust partnership network.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing teams.
- Comprehensive business acumen with the ability to integrate financial and non-financial data.
- Project management skills with strong planning and execution capabilities.
- International experience with strong cultural sensitivity.
