1. Coordinate strategic planning activities globally for all product categories and markets, defining assortment efficiency rules in collaboration with Merchandising and Production Management to maximize sales.
2. Collaborate with production planning teams to align production capacities and timing with market demands and timelines.
3. Manage demand and analyze market trends to generate accurate forecasting analysis for product quantities across all markets and sales channels.
4. Support the Merchandising department in reviewing sales forecasts, inventory coverage, and sales through, suggesting adjustments to avoid lost sales or overstock situations.
5. Oversee distribution processes for all product categories, ensuring coverage according to different markets' needs and performance.
6. Collaborate with regional supply chain and distribution planning teams for integrated inventory planning and product supply flows.
7. Optimize reverse logistics processes to improve returns management efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
8. Ensure a Customer Service experience aligned with Brand standards, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
9. Define appropriate supply chain strategies in collaboration with the Kering Group to design new processes.
10. Manage supply chain performance monitoring activities, assess consistency with product strategies, and implement key actions for continuous improvement.

1. Significant experience and knowledge in strategic planning and operations processes at a global level.
2. Preferred experience in retail supply chain over industrial processes.
3. Strong influencing and negotiation skills; ability to build connections and partnerships.
4. Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
5. Comprehensive business acumen with the ability to cross financial and non-financial data to generate insights.
6. Project Management skills, including strong planning and execution capabilities.
7. International experience and strong cultural sensitivity.
8. Fluency in English and Italian.
