1. Proven experience in retail training, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail training role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.
