1. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for store staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
2. Collaborate with store management to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
4. Stay updated on brand guidelines and product innovations to ensure training content is current and relevant.
5. Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the store.

1. Proven experience in retail training, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence.
3. Ability to design and implement effective training programs.

2. Strong organizational and planning abilities.
3. Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
4. Ability to inspire and motivate teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail training role, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
