1. Lead the retail team to achieve store business objectives and grow the clientele base.
2. Establish and implement action plans to develop sales across product categories and client segments.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor.
4. Implement and develop CRM initiatives to build a clientele network.
5. Ensure service excellence and client engagement within the store.
6. Manage the retail team with support from Local HR, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and training.
7. Foster motivation, a sense of belonging, and business involvement among team members.
8. Build and maintain relationships with potential business partners and support PR and Consumer Management in events.
9. Ensure effective manpower management in the store.
10. Interpret and implement visual merchandising guidelines in collaboration with the Visual Display team.
11. Manage store operations economically and effectively, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
12. Optimize integration between front and back-office operations, supervising logistics and stock management.
13. Maintain inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail or service industry, preferably with a proven track record in luxury fashion.
