1. Ensure the economical and operational effective management of the store in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
2. Achieve business goals and strategic projects by maintaining constant communication with corporate functions such as Visual, Merchandising, and Operations.
3. Establish and implement action plans to develop sales across product categories and client segments.
4. Cultivate a client-centric culture to maximize existing customer engagement and expand the client base.
5. Ensure seamless integration and optimization between front and back-of-house operations, adhering to company standards and procedures.
6. Monitor store visits and mystery shopping to enhance service quality.
7. Build and lead a high-performing team by engaging, inspiring, and developing staff.
8. Collaborate with HR to reduce staff turnover, promote internal mobility, optimize personnel costs, and identify and develop key talents.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
