1. Lead and support all store activities to achieve business objectives and demonstrate an exceptional service culture.
2. Ensure operational excellence, compliance with loss prevention protocols, and effective human resources management.
3. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal clients, acting as a Gucci Ambassador.
5. Analyze selling reports to identify business trends and respond swiftly to business needs.
6. Drive customer experiences that foster loyalty and deliver measurable results.
7. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related service industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.

7. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a related service industry.
