1. Lead and support all store activities to achieve business objectives.
2. Demonstrate an unsurpassed service culture.
3. Ensure high integrity in operations, loss prevention compliance, and human resources management.
4. Oversee visual merchandising presentation.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with both external and internal clients.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

2. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty.
3. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Ability to inspire and influence a team.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism.
11. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
