- Lead the store as a strategist, overseeing results, people development, client experience, and store operations.
- Ensure seamless store functionality and cultivate a luxury service culture.
- Drive and execute the company's strategic, operational, and floor leadership initiatives.
- Foster excellence, hospitality, and passion through role modeling of Gucci's values.
- Execute superior client-centric service and after-sales experience.
- Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
- Inspire team collaboration to achieve strong clienteling activities and training.
- Guide the implementation of CRM initiatives and client development opportunities.
- Leverage business development opportunities with a focus on high-potential clients.
- Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures, including operations and security.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize sales.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Provide accurate scheduling and payroll submissions.
- Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
- Support After Sales services and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
- Maintain organized company assets and represent the Gucci image through appropriate presence.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Industry awareness and commercial knowledge.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 5 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
