1. Develop and implement action plans to enhance sales across various product categories and client segments.
2. Achieve business objectives by coordinating strategic projects and maintaining communication with corporate functions.
3. Lead sales initiatives by actively participating on the sales floor.
4. Implement and develop CRM initiatives to expand the store's clientele network.
5. Ensure service excellence and client engagement within the store.
6. Manage and develop a retail team with support from local HR, focusing on recruitment, coaching, and training.
7. Foster motivation, a sense of belonging, and business involvement among team members.
8. Build and maintain relationships with potential business partners, such as landlords and personal shoppers.
9. Support PR and consumer management teams in event planning and execution.
10. Ensure effective staffing and manpower management within the store.
11. Interpret and implement visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining communication with the visual display team.
12. Manage the store economically and operationally, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
13. Optimize integration between front and back-office operations, supervising logistics and stock management.
14. Maintain inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
3. Strong understanding of CRM and client engagement strategies.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury fashion.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
