Gucci Store Manager

- Build and maintain relationships with potential business partners, such as landlords and personal shoppers.

- Interpret and implement visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining communication with the visual display team.
- Manage the store economically and operationally, adhering to internal policies and procedures.
- Optimize integration between front and back-office operations, supervising logistics and stock management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy in line with corporate policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of CRM and client engagement strategies.
- Sales leadership and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and stock management.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury fashion.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
