- Lead the team in delivering exceptional client-centric service and after-sales experiences to ensure high client satisfaction.
 - Promote brand awareness and establish a strong market presence through community outreach and company-sponsored events.
 - Inspire and encourage collaboration among team members to enhance clienteling activities and training.
 - Guide the development and execution of company CRM initiatives, focusing on personalized client development opportunities.
 - Collaborate with the Client Engagement team to leverage business development opportunities and retain high-potential clients.
 - Ensure full utilization of clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition.
 - Oversee client flow on the selling floor to ensure exceptional service delivery.
 - Adhere to and oversee compliance with company policies and procedures, including operations, people, and security.
 - Manage stock levels in coordination with key business departments to maximize full-price selling and maintain high sell-through.
 - Comply with Loss Prevention audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations to minimize inventory shrinkage.
 - Provide accurate monthly schedules and timely submission of payroll records.
 - Oversee merchandise requests and shipments, and support After Sales services in-store.
 - Maintain Visual Merchandising standards set by the Global VM team.
 - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
 - Maintain organization of company assets according to guidelines.
 - Represent the Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
 
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
 - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
 - High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
 - Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
 - Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
 - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
 - Industry awareness and strong business and financial acumen.
 - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 - Passion for the Fashion Industry.
 - Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
