1. Lead strategic operations both inside and outside the store to drive results and foster people development.
2. Enhance client experience and engagement through superior service and after-sales support.
3. Promote brand awareness and capture market share via community outreach and events.
4. Implement and oversee company CRM initiatives to develop client relationships.
5. Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize sales.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies, including operations, people, and security protocols.
7. Oversee visual merchandising standards and maintain company assets.
8. Represent the Gucci image through adherence to grooming standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.

1. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Industry awareness and commercial knowledge.
6. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 5 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
