Gucci Store Manager

- Lead strategic operations both inside and outside the store to drive results and foster people development.
- Enhance client experience and engagement through superior service and after-sales support.
- Promote brand awareness and capture market share via community outreach and events.
- Implement and oversee company CRM initiatives to develop client relationships.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including operations, people, and security protocols.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and maintain company assets.
- Represent the Gucci image through adherence to grooming standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and commercial knowledge.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 5 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
