Gucci Store Manager

- Lead the team in delivering superior client-centric service and after-sales experience to achieve high client satisfaction.
- Promote brand awareness and establish market presence through community outreach and company-sponsored events.
- Inspire collaboration among team members to achieve strong clienteling-related activities and training.
- Ensure the implementation and execution of company CRM initiatives, guiding the team to devise effective action plans.
- Partner with the Client Engagement team to leverage business development opportunities, focusing on retaining and developing high-potential clients.
- Champion the use of clienteling tools to drive client loyalty and acquisition.
- Oversee the management of client flow on the selling floor to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Adhere to and oversee compliance with company policies and procedures, including Operations, People, and Security.
- Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling.
- Comply with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory shrinkage below target.
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and timely submission of payroll records.
- Oversee merchandise requests and shipments, supporting After Sales services in-store.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards set by the Global VM team.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security guidelines.
- Represent the Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and grooming standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business and financial acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 5 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
