1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
2. Analyze store performance and report on trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensure superior customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full-price selling.
5. Train client advisors on brand pillars and seasonal strategies, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge.
6. Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Collaborate with the Market Director to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
8. Build relationships and propose local events to promote product launches and drive sales.
9. Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, and technological innovations.
10. Conduct coaching sessions with client advisors to review performance and provide feedback.
11. Oversee performance evaluations and goal setting for store employees.
12. Develop action plans and build development plans for employees.
13. Recruit and retain a high-performing team, building a talent pipeline.
14. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
15. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure customer service.
16. Partner with Human Resources for employee relations issues.
17. Utilize top client strategies to retain and develop high-potential clients.
18. Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
19. Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
20. Implement and execute company CRM initiatives, ensuring meaningful customer data capture.
21. Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention while adhering to company policies.
22. Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget.
23. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
24. Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
25. Support visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
26. Maintain organization of company assets as per guidelines.
27. Ensure adherence to the borrow log and consignment program.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
5. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Excellent organizational skills.
8. Passion for the fashion industry.
9. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
