1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
2. Analyze store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor and ensuring superior customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and maintain alignment with new product launches through direct communication with key business departments.
5. Train client advisors on brand pillars and season strategy, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge.
6. Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales across product categories.
8. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
9. Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, and industry innovations.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English.
4. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
