- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Analyze store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor and ensuring superior customer service.
- Manage stock levels and maintain alignment with new product launches through direct communication with key business departments.
- Train client advisors on brand pillars and season strategy, ensuring comprehensive product knowledge.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales across product categories.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
- Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, and industry innovations.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
