1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensuring high customer service standards.
4. Manage stock levels to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring team education on brand pillars and season strategy.
6. Communicate company set KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client segment.
8. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote client engagement and sales.
9. Monitor competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the Fashion Industry.

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
