- Lead the store as a strategist, responsible for store results, people development, and client experience.
- Optimize business performance and ensure seamless store functionality.
- Drive and execute the company's strategy through strategic, operational, and floor leadership.
- Foster a luxury service culture and embody Gucci's values and client-centric strategy.
- Lead the team in delivering superior client-centric service and after-sales experience.
- Promote brand awareness and establish market presence through community outreach and events.
- Guide the team in implementing company CRM initiatives and developing client relationships.
- Oversee local events and product launches, ensuring client attendance and sales results.
- Manage and develop the performance of team members, fostering a growth mindset.
- Drive sales performance and maximize profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and manage stock levels effectively.
- Represent the Gucci image through appropriate wardrobe and presence.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $111,150 USD - $140,000 USD. Eligible employees may also participate in an incentive program.
