1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
4. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
5. Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
4. Industry awareness and strong business and financial acumen.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,150 USD to $115,000 USD.
