Gucci Store Director

- Lead and strategize store operations to achieve results in sales, client experience, and team development.

- Represent Gucci's image through adherence to grooming standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $111,150 USD to $160,000 USD, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
