- Lead and strategize store operations to achieve results in sales, client experience, and team development.
- Foster a client-centric service culture ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote brand awareness and market presence through community outreach and events.
- Guide the team in implementing CRM initiatives and client development strategies.
- Collaborate with the Client Engagement team to enhance business development opportunities.
- Manage and resolve client service issues to maintain and enrich client relationships.
- Oversee local events and product launches, ensuring client engagement and sales targets are met.
- Inspire and develop the leadership capabilities of the Associate Store Director/Manager.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team, building a talent pipeline.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including operations, people, and security.
- Manage stock levels to maximize full-price selling and align with product launches.
- Comply with loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Represent Gucci's image through adherence to grooming standards.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $111,150 USD to $160,000 USD, with eligibility for an employee benefits program and an incentive program.
