Gucci Store Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting mystery shop goals.
- Manage stock levels through communication with key departments to maximize full-price selling and align with new product launches.
- Train associates on current collections and brand pillars, partnering with internal departments for product support.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans with the Market Director to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and organizing local events to promote high client attendance and sales.
- Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to business needs.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
