1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
4. Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
6. Communicate company-set KPIs and identify strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales for each product category.
8. Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
9. Proactively follow competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.
10. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
11. Oversee performance check-in process for all store employees and establish goals.
12. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.
13. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure elevated customer service.
14. Partner with Market Director and Human Resources for employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
15. Promote brand awareness and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company-sponsored events.
16. Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience to increase customer loyalty.
17. Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team.
18. Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention while adhering to company policies and procedures.
19. Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget while reducing overall cost.
20. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations.
21. Oversee processing of merchandise requests and shipments.
22. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by Worldwide headquarters.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to business needs.
4. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
7. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
9. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
10. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
