- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store sales objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Analyze store performance and report trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage stock levels through communication with business departments to maximize full price selling and align with product launches.
- Train associates on current collections and brand strategies.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Implement business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and organizing local events to boost client engagement and sales.
- Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, and industry innovations.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and react quickly to business needs.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $130,000 to $145,000, with potential additional compensation through commissions and an incentive program.
