1. Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service.
4. Manage stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
6. Communicate company-set KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales.
8. Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
9. Proactively follow fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
4. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
5. Passion for the fashion industry.

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $145,000 USD to $160,000 USD.
