- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership on the sales floor through customer engagement, ensuring the highest level of customer service and meeting mystery shopper program goals.
- Manage and support stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to client advisors, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Communicate company-set KPIs and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.
- Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
- Proactively follow competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with client advisors to review performance and provide feedback.
- Oversee performance check-in process for all store employees and establish goals.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure elevated customer service.
- Partner with Market Director and Human Resources for employee relations issues.
- Manage the achievement of business objectives by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients.
- Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
- Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
- Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives.
- Monitor CRM database reporting to ensure meaningful customer data capture.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, etc., adhering to company policies.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget while reducing costs.
- Ensure timely submission of accounts payable invoices and cash disbursement policies.
- Comply with Loss Prevention audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee processing of merchandise requests and shipments.
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and ensure timely payroll submission.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
- Maintain organization of company assets per guidelines.
- Maintain the borrow log and consignment program according to company policy.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the Fashion Industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is mandatory.
