1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while maintaining operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
2. Analyze store performance and report trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients and ensuring superior customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full price selling.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to client advisors.
6. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director.
7. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to enhance sales.
8. Follow fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
3. Fluent in Spanish and English.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

2. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Passion for the fashion industry.
5. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 7 years in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry is required.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
