Gucci Store Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement on the sales floor.
- Manage and support stock levels to maximize full price selling and align with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director.
- Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
- Oversee performance check-in process for all store employees and establish goals.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
- Manage the allocation of staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure customer service.
- Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Promote brand awareness and establish market/store presence through community outreach.
- Lead the team in executing superior customer service to increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention to enforce company policies.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain the store operating budget.
- Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the Worldwide headquarters.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $110,000 USD to $120,000 USD.
