- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Analyze store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling and align with new product launches.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales for each product category.
- Lead the team to establish relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
- Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, industry news, and technological innovations.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
- Oversee performance check-in processes and establish goals for store employees.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure elevated customer service.
- Partner with Market Director and HR for employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
- Manage business objectives by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients.
- Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
- Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
- Ensure the implementation and execution of CRM initiatives and monitor CRM database reporting.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while enforcing company policies.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget, aiming to reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee merchandise requests and shipments processing.
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and submit payroll records timely.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
- Maintain organization of company assets according to guidelines.
- Maintain the borrow log and consignment program in adherence with company policy.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong background in relationship building with both external and internal clients.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and retail management systems.
- Ability to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
