1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
2. Analyze store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring high levels of customer service.
4. Manage stock levels through communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling and align with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to associates, ensuring the team is educated on brand pillars and season strategy.

7. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales for each product category.

10. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance and provide feedback.
11. Oversee performance check-in processes and establish goals for store employees.
12. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
13. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
14. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure elevated customer service.
15. Partner with Market Director and HR for employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
16. Manage business objectives by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients.
17. Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach and events.
18. Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
19. Ensure the implementation and execution of CRM initiatives and monitor CRM database reporting.
20. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while enforcing company policies.
21. Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget, aiming to reduce costs.
22. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits, cycle counts, incident reporting, and inventory reconciliations.
23. Oversee merchandise requests and shipments processing.
24. Provide accurate monthly schedules and submit payroll records timely.
25. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
26. Maintain organization of company assets according to guidelines.
27. Maintain the borrow log and consignment program in adherence with company policy.

1. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
