1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report on current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through active customer engagement and ensure the highest level of customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and maintain alignment with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates, ensuring full education on brand pillars and season strategy.
6. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director.
7. Lead the team in establishing relationships and propose local events to promote high client attendance and strong sales results.
8. Oversee performance management processes and establish goals for store employees.
9. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team, building a talent pipeline through networking.
10. Manage the achievement of business objectives by utilizing a top client strategy.
11. Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention to adhere to company policies and procedures.
12. Monitor store expenses and maintain the operating budget.
13. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the Worldwide headquarters.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
4. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
