Gucci Store Director

- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.

- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
- Comply with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain organization of company assets according to guidelines.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
