1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
2. Analyze store performance and report on trends, including competitor performance.

4. Manage stock levels and maintain high sell-through rates in alignment with new product launches.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates.

8. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to enhance sales.
9. Stay informed on competitors, fashion trends, and industry innovations.
10. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates and provide feedback.
11. Oversee performance check-ins and establish goals for employees.
12. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
13. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
14. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and customer service.
15. Partner with HR for employee relations issues.
16. Utilize a top client strategy to retain and develop high-potential clients.
17. Promote brand awareness and capture market share through community outreach.
18. Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
19. Ensure development and execution of CRM initiatives.
20. Monitor CRM database reporting to build client relationships.
21. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while adhering to company policies.
22. Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
23. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
24. Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
25. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
7. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
10. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
