1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
2. Analyze store performance and report current trends, including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership through customer engagement and ensuring high levels of customer service.
4. Manage stock levels and align with new product launches.
5. Train and educate associates on brand pillars and season strategy.
6. Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
7. Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales for each product category.
8. Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance.
9. Monitor competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.
10. Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance.
11. Oversee performance check-in process and establish goals for store employees.
12. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
13. Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
14. Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure customer service.
15. Partner with Market Director and HR for employee relations issues.
16. Utilize a top client strategy to retain and develop high potential clients.
17. Promote brand awareness and capture competitive market share through community outreach.
18. Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
19. Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives.
20. Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while adhering to company policies.
21. Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
22. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
23. Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
24. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
25. Maintain organization of company assets and consignment program.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
3. Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
4. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
5. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
7. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
10. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
