- Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Analyze store performance and report current trends, including competitor performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through customer engagement and ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches.
- Train and educate associates on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Communicate company KPIs and develop strategies to meet performance standards.
- Develop and implement business action plans to enhance sales for each product category.
- Lead the team in establishing relationships and proposing local events to promote high client attendance.
- Monitor competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.
- Conduct monthly coaching sessions with associates to review performance.
- Oversee performance check-in process and establish goals for store employees.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage staff resources and scheduling to drive sales and ensure customer service.
- Partner with Market Director and HR for employee relations issues.
- Utilize a top client strategy to retain and develop high potential clients.
- Promote brand awareness and capture competitive market share through community outreach.
- Lead the team in executing superior customer service and after-sales experience.
- Ensure development and execution of company CRM initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor store expenses and maintain operating budget.
- Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Oversee merchandise requests and shipments.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain organization of company assets and consignment program.
- Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
