1. Drive and maximize sales performance to consistently achieve the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring monthly profitability.
2. Analyze monthly store performance and report current trends, covering every aspect of the business including competitor performance.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by engaging with top clients on the sales floor, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided and annual mystery shop goals are met.
4. Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full price selling and maintain a high sell-through rate.
5. Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates to ensure the team is fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
6. Communicate company set KPIs and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met.
7. Develop and implement business action plans in collaboration with the Market Director to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.
8. Lead the team to consistently establish relationships and propose local events through continuous networking and support product launches.
9. Proactively follow current competitors and fashion trends, industry news, and new innovations in technology.
10. Conduct monthly coaching/counseling sessions with associates to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback.
11. Oversee performance check-in process for all store employees and establish goals.
12. Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team and build a talent pipeline through networking and competitive shopping.
13. Ensure a consistent and branded onboarding experience for all new hires.
14. Manage the allocation of staff resources and scheduling to effectively drive sales and ensure an elevated level of customer service.
15. Partner with Market Director and Human Resources People Partner for all employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution.
16. Manage the achievement of business objectives by utilizing a top client strategy to retain and develop high potential clients.
17. Promote brand awareness, establish market/store presence, and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company-sponsored events.
18. Lead the team on executing superior customer service and after-sales experience to increase and retain customer loyalty.
19. Ensure the development, implementation, and execution of company CRM initiatives by providing action plans to the team.
20. Monitor monthly CRM database reporting to ensure the capture of meaningful customer data for the purpose of building relationships to personalize future client development opportunities.
21. Collaborate with Operations, Human Resources, Loss Prevention, etc., while adhering to and enforcing all company policies and procedures.
22. Monitor store expenses and maintain store operating budget while aiming to reduce overall cost.
23. Comply with all Loss Prevention quarterly self-audits, monthly cycle counts, incident reporting, and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure annual inventory shrinkage is below company target.
24. Oversee the processing of daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments.
25. Provide accurate monthly schedules by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employees.
26. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by the Worldwide headquarters.
27. Maintain full organization of company assets per the back of house and front of house guidelines provided by headquarters.
28. Maintain the borrow log and consignment program ensuring that it is current and adheres with company policy and procedures.

1. Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
2. Outlet experience is a plus.
3. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
4. Ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business.
5. Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results.
6. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
8. Industry awareness and strong business acumen.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
10. Passion for the Fashion Industry.
11. Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $125,000 to $140,000, considering various factors such as skill sets, experience, and geographic location.
